I Am a Commitment

Sunday I graduated from Newfield Network’s program entitled, The Art and Practice of Ontological Coaching. 

When asked to make a declaration of commitment, beginning with, “I am a commitment to…” I declared:

I am a commitment to…

awake,

           alive,

                    joyful,

                              connected,

                                               and fully human

                                                                             BEING.
